Amazing hotel in the city center of Tulum

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and big enough for two people. They also use eco-friendly materials. The garden in the middle of the hotel is a real added value for a quiet moment with a drink. The location is ideal, as well. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Secret Garden is a hidden gem in Tulum’s hotel landscape. Clean and well-appointed rooms are simple yet warm and inviting. Add in the generous and friendly staff, and you have a real winner. And, I can say all of that as someone who has been visiting Tulum for over 20 years.

The hotel is located just two blocks from the main street, close to restaurants, bars, shops. They cleaned the room every day; you can drink purified water, and prepare tea or coffee next to the front desk anytime you want. Our host Jorge help us to book a tour of Sian Kaan national reserve that was amazing, thank you, Jorge, for making our stay unforgettable.

Our stay at Secret Garden was relaxing. Rooms med our expectations & staff was very helpful/friendly/supporting. At arrival – the check-in was quick and informal. Also, we were given an introduction to Tulum and what to see/prioritize.

I stayed here for three fabulous nights. The hotel is a beautiful setup with trees and an outdoor courtyard that serves as the main “lobby.” It doesn’t feel like you’re in a hot, humid climate when there.

The staff was amazing and accommodating with their flyboard cozumel mexico suggestions. The location couldn’t be better— walking distance to the bus station for when you arrive, the best little restaurants are also all a short walk away, and you can rent bikes to take to the beach. Can’t be beaten!

All in all, one of our favorite stays during our Mexico round trip. Although we didn’t book breakfast, they offered bread and jam as well as cereals for free. Furthermore, there was free access to drinking water all the time. The front desk team was always very kind and willing to help. If you like dogs, you will fall in love with little Vanilla and might have to scratch her belly. We can highly recommend secret garden Tulum und hope to come back one day!

The perfect stay in Tulum

We loved it there! Small hotel with just a few rooms, very calm and perfect for relaxing. A real oasis in TULUM! I felt immediately at home. Wonderful garden and pool. Staff super gentle and kind. Very very recommended! The rooms are beautiful and comfortable.

I stayed here for about three weeks while visiting Tulum with my kids. Excellent staff, accommodating for suggestions for food, the cozumel coral reef restoration ac excursions, etc. The cleaning service was a bit grumpy (we were there for three weeks lol) but other than that. I highly recommend this place!

We were three of staff, and we are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Even though we were not planned well, we had such a great time visiting nearby cenotes thanks to their help and recommendations.

This place smells like peace. Best location near to zona hotelera and 5 minutes away from de Tulum t town. Very minimalist and clean. The breakfast is straightforward. The staff is amiable.
There is also a parking space outside the property. I will highly recommend this hidden gem.

Fantastic experience here we will be back. The food and the atmosphere were magical. The staff was so kind and helpful. My family loves this place so much, and I’m glad that I picked it out. Villas H2O is truly a diamond in the rough.

I love this hotel. I will be back. The staff is phenomenal, and it’s easy to get around via cab. The pool is the best, but the rooms are spacious and comfortable( AC) seriously, I can’t say enough about how excellent this hotel is! If you’re looking for some sun, fun, and relaxation, this is the hotel for you! Not to mention a super friendly price point! Thanks, villas H2O we love you!

It’s located close to Mayan ruins and cenotes, so it is the right spot for exploring. We rented a car and did 2-3 different things each day so we didn’t hang out at the hotel during the day, but it was a great place to come back to and start our days at. Highly recommend!

Perfect weekend getaway!

We loved this place. From the time we walked in, and they knew our name, sitting down on a couch to check-in, to the day we left, they were gracious hosts! The hotel is about 14 rooms, and shares a beach with two other little hotels, but has the central part of the beach.

The rooms are quaint and romantic (with Air Conditioning!) and remind you where you are, rather than something modern and sleek. The rooms are clean, and the service on point with their amazing blue water sea trek cozumel tips. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast; it was excellent. Its small restaurant right on the beach and the food was terrific.

I told them if they had a pool, I probably would never leave! The manager stated that the owner intends to put a pool in within the year. Central location with a few shops, bars, and restaurants right outside the hotel, and a short cab away to the central downtown, or the more touristy bars down the street (probably walk-able, and bike-able in a few minutes, but the taxi is cheap enough). The Ruins and the Playa Paraiso are also really close and bike-able. I definitely will stay again.

Staying at Piedra Escondida was the best decision we made for our little weekend getaway in Tulum! I did a lot of research trying to find a beachfront boutique hotel that didn’t play nonstop house music all day and whose rate fit into our budget. This hotel was perfect for our stay. Since it only has nine rooms, we loved how uncrowded and secluded it felt yet it was still close to all the Tulum hot spots.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful, from Nayeli at the front desk to the server at the restaurant. I have to commend Nayeli, who was a big help right from the start. She worked with us via email when we had to make changes to our reservation. When she checked us in, she upgraded us to a 2nd-floor room with a king bed and the best view. All the rooms have direct access to the beach. The second-floor rooms have the best views. Sunrise on the balcony was amazing!

The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was so good. If you like a Mexican breakfast, then this will not disappoint. Do yourself a favor and order the Eggs Veracruz! You’d be hard-pressed to find a beachfront hotel in Tulum that’s right around $250 and also offers a full a la carte breakfast.

When we were there in February, the sargassum was terrible, but that’s something the hotel has no control over. It’s terrible in most beachfront areas in Tulum, except if you go up to the north end where it seems to be not as persistent. The hotel always had people cleaning up as much as they can. In no way did this bother us.

An oasis in paradise

This resort was much higher than we expected. We had A short time to chill, and this is the ideal place to get it done. Bikes were available t no cost to explore the region. The proprietor went over and beyond our expectations to be sure every detail was fantastic if your searching for a beautiful place to remain on A budget that is the place to stay.

Very trendy furniture and soft organic shampoo and conditioner! The pool was also excellent. Super elegant with fresh food and natural granola!

This little boutique resort on the outskirts of Tulum is a superb base to explore the regional attractions of Tulum and the Sian Ka’an biosphere.

The rooms are comfy and quirkily decorated but have whatever you want. The resort could provide more color around both pool areas, but they’re a welcome spot to have a cooling dip following trips.

Turquoise Petit was an ideal hotel for our stay at Tulum. This resort is situated in downtown Tulum and provides free bicycles for guests that make it simple to get into the beach and local restaurants. The team onsite 24/7 retains the resort looking pristine, and they’re always there to assist you – they provide great cozumel shore snorkeling map for water activities. Carmen was fantastic in providing us recommendations about where to go and what to see.

The chambers were always VERY clean when we’d return from a day out in town. They supply bottled water 24/7 for your benefit and therefore don’t be concerned about becoming dried:-RRB-. We had an unbelievable stay at Turquoise Petit and certainly will return for sure later on.

Amazing place. Very attended, friendly, and attentive staff. Free bicycles. They serve breakfast in the larger pool, and you get everything to get an adequate breakfast. You get a lot of advice on where to eat and what to see.

Great place to relax and rejuvenate

Just completed our vacation in the Seminyak at a private villa. Very grateful to have those gorgeous people as our villa hosts. I would highly recommend this hotel since it’s utterly unbelievable. All employees are amicable and accommodating.

We stayed for two nights at this hotel and had the most incredible moment. The place is ideal, and the grounds are magnificent. Rupawan welcomed us daily with a grin, sous chef Suka produced terrific vegan meals, Arif was always so pleased to see us, and Christina could not have been adapting in the Sanje restaurant for breakfast. Could not advise staying more! We also heard about an atv cozumel mexico tour we want to take there!

I’d like to say our motorist Rupawan, he drove us to the airport on the day of death and he was amiable and educated. Amazing touch of those freshly baked biscuits and water for people to appreciate our approach to the holiday season. Direction can you please thank Rupawan for making our trip during the crazy traffic pleasurable.

I suggest The Seminyak Beach resort the place it is right on the shore and near the core of Seminyak. The conveniences are magnificent, and the staff is so friendly and considerate nothing is to far trouble. I would particularly like to commend Viani Tusvi she’s the ideal.

We remained a couple of days in Seminyak Beach Resort & Spa in early May and have been amazed by the caliber of luxury provided and also the attention to detail in rooms, restaurants, and public places generally along with the pools.

We were pleasantly surprised on arrival from the eye of the desk team as well as the information we had been getting a free room upgrade. Maybe the best characteristics of the stay overall was the kind and considerate interaction of their team. They were always attentive and cheerful, ready aid, and also to talk with us when we were curious and time allowed (about the resort and especially concerning Bali life as lived from the natives ), but not to be intrusive. We’d provide the team with five stars.

A buddy and I spent last night in Bali in this hotel. I truly appreciated the direct beach access along with the gorgeous infinity pool directly on the shore. The area was fine. It did not have a number of those quaint furnishings of some. Other areas we stayed, but it was enjoyable and had a balcony with a garden and partial ocean view.

Great choice and Value for money

Stopped in for a quick drink by shore at the Wyndham Gardens and ended up staying to the fish BBQ served with the beautiful Nila who left our night a joy while we ate drank and saw the classical Balinese dance.

We loved our stay in the Hotel Terrace. It’s near everything and a brief walk from the shore. They also serve a delicious breakfast, and the rooms are all clean. The beds ate quite comfortable, and we could sleep well. I strongly suggest this resort to anybody visiting Kuta.

The team has been charming and useful. They recommended some cozumel snuba adventure tours on our next trip to Mexic. The all you can eat breakfast is rather good, a few folks would say that choices are somewhat less, but I believe they are only enough for breakfast, and it tastes excellent too the meals.

The rooms were tidy and as anticipated had all of the fundamental things you’d want like AC, TV(Largely local stations, very few English channels), refrigerator, safe, etc.. I would definitely suggest this place.

By Langkawi Island and we spent two nights in hotel patio Kuta the area very clean and comfy. The resort staff extremely friendly. Hotel near to town. If we return to Bali, we’ll remain at patio Kuta again. Recommended.

Young couple in our 20’s on holidays, this area came recommended because we all know people that remain here yearly. My room had a balcony and has been really comfy and clean. We adore KBC and will surely return there.

It has been about two years since I last stayed here. Nothing has changed, it is still a fantastic resort offering excellent support. Beautiful rooms at an attractive price! Next time I am back in Bali, I will make sure to stay here.

Premier location on the isle

We reserved this hotel through Costco journey, and it had been a part of a bundle with a rental vehicle and food credits. We picked Kauai Shores due to the beachfront location, the closeness to all regions of the island, and also the economies to be had about parking and hotel prices.

The resort restaurant was directly on the shore, and consequently, all our foods had an ideal setting. The restaurant was great though the costs were higher than I’d have wanted. The convenience variable made this the dining table choice of choice to us.

The resort staff was always courteous and friendly that made for a welcoming sense. The biggest thing missing was the bathroom that was squeezed into a small area with a sink just big enough to clean up.

I would also suggest this place for children as numerous kids appeared to love playing at the swimming pool and the significant open green areas.

A significant advantage for us was that the access to free parking along with also the low rip-off “hotel” fees. I believe we paid $21/day for the latter, that appeared like half of the more prominent hotels billed.

The resort was smack dab in the center of the island so far as space to actions goes. We could get into the north and the south side in under one hour that meant we had been unburdened by forcing limitations when searching for activities. Overall we would recommend this resort and would strongly consider remaining later on. Staff recommended us some trikes cozumel facebook tours we can take in Mexico.

If I could create recommendations it’d be for the resort to reduce the food costs somewhat (it was an excellent restaurant in a fantastic place ), and also to put money into a swim-up pub. The Hawaii legislation on drinking is odd with limitations on where it is possible to drink, and the number of drinks you may purchase at once and the pool was not close enough to the pub to permit visitors to walk their beverages to and fro.

Excellent value and excellent service

Recently refurbished to a modern, smart resort – really pleased with the service and space, etc. The staff was quite useful. It is found in the center of the first region of Waikiki and quite near the main road with all the restaurants but far enough away to not have the traffic sound – we shall stay here.

Older style resort that’s had lively revamp. Rooms are comfortable with free snack tray filled with goodies! Just a brief walk to the shore, even shorter walk into Starbucks and excellent shopping! The entire hotel is pristine, would certainly stay here again. The staff recommended us some mini submarine tour in cozumel with our family.

As first-time visitors to Hawaii, we actually did not understand what to anticipate arriving in the Shoreline Hotel, particularly given how awful the audio is finished here (.67). We’d booked 60 days beforehand on their site and procured an excellent speed in comparison to other resorts we had been looking at on the internet.

To say we’re stoked when we came both from the warm welcome Josh supplied to us is an understatement. The foyer is lively and provides all-day coffee/tea and fruit-flavored waters, and they’ve events scheduled only for its guests on specified days of the week.

Helen responded immediately to our email, advising, cost, and accessibility, which we confirmed instantly.

We came in the Shoreline this morning for our closing few nights and was greeted by Riccardo who remembered us and enabled us to check-in instantly instead of waiting until the 3pm regular check-in time that was excellent customer services. My husband and I moved off for the remainder of the afternoon and returned at about 5pm. It was then we noticed the room we had wasn’t orientated in addition to the first area (the area was still fantastic do not get me wrong), but I presume that all of us would concur as the nearing the conclusion of our holidays we only need to be comfy.

Hubby went downstairs and talked with Helen, with no doubt, Helen altered our area, at a friendly, professional way. Well done Josh, Riccardo and Helen (actually all employees are good ), your company must be exceedingly pleased with the customer service you’re supplying to guests. Once more I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough, fantastic place, fantastic price, incredibly clean and with all of the other little perks we’ll surely stay here again.

Amazing food, presentation and service

The food was beautiful, I’m gluten free that stinks the majority of the time, but it was terrific that they asked me if I had any issues with any additional foods subsequently jumped to nourish us the most fantastic meal I’ve eaten in quite a while! Julio was excellent, we went back the final night of our trip, and he recalled, who we had been, where we stumbled (the views are amazing ) that which we ate and drank out of the previous moment.

What a joy is booing a booking at Sakura Sunset! The food was exceptional, and the support was terrific. Do not overlook this beautiful location. Can not wait to return.

If you’re at the Oasis Sens, take a while to visit this restaurant. Won’t repent. Requires a booking 48 hours beforehand (peak season). But it worth it; the waiter Esteban recommended us the el cielo and colombia reef snorkeling that people say is a beautiful and must-do activity here.

The floor to ceiling wall which encircles the restaurant permits for your opinion; nevertheless, the dim lights candles makes it reassuring at precisely the exact same moment. Every dish was tasty, and there is nothing I’d change. The tuna tartare was the finest I have had thus far. The ceviche was likewise excellent. The spring rolls have been much better than ordinary. The octopus was new, but I felt it had a bit more zest. The fish was terrific along with also the coconut sauce served along with it was fantastic!

Reservations are crucial to ensure your place. Esteban was a wonderful waiter and Donato the supervisor made sure everybody was getting excellent service and dishes. The dessert was great too!

The food has been yummy. The ceremony was excellent. Esteban was our host, and he checked on us frequently and was super cautious with my spouse’s allergies. Edgar was excellent in describing the classes and what every one of these comprised when he delivered us. We were fortunate that Donato, the supervisor, managed to match us in with no reservation. Excellent experience using a great perspective of this sunsetting Cancun lagoon.

Awesome meal and Support here! Server Esteban was phenomenal with joyous support. Donato is a wonderful host that got us to the restaurant last minute. And Edgar is an enjoyable bartender who made an innovative beverage my boyfriend and that I never anticipated.

Fantastic Dining Experience

We saw Tora on the first night of our holiday in Cancun with our 7 and 10-year-old children. We had an ideal chair on the patio overlooking the lagoon. Poncho and the team were excellent and very attentive throughout the whole dining adventures. They made a special avocado sushi roll for the 7-year-old in her petition.

In the close of the day among those directors surprised our children with (free!). Chocolate mousse cakes using a decorating kit (icing piping bag, candy, marshmallows, and fruit).

Our supper in Tora was a great start to our holiday. I have to state that we eat varied cuisines all of the time rather than each high-end restaurant is friendly to children. Tora has been an ideal balance of elegance, impeccable cuisine, and refinement while still being family friendly. The waiter told us about some cozumel sightseeing tours near to the island. We’ll check that later!

That is a gorgeous place with an excellent view and the ceremony started off good and then slowed down since the meal went together. The rolls were quite high. The most significant downside was that the rice bowl which we had was dull and might have had much more taste. After expressing my ideas, the container has been removed our test.

Coming from Chicago, we had been skeptical about how it could resist the beautiful restaurants we all reside, but that place really shines. Our server Andres was super friendly and attentive, and the air is stunning.

The taco pizza program was super yummy as well as the geisha crystal cocktail was really exceptional. Everything was delicious.

We ate at Tora our very first night in Cancun a week, and we were not disappointed. Stunning setting on the lagoon side with fantastic sunset views. The specialty beverages were somewhat unique, and the sushi was among the finest We have ever had. Salmon two manners were amazing and higher-end beef if that is what you are searching for. Mary and? Provided excellent support. We’ll be back on another trip.
