Amazing hotel in the city center of Tulum

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and big enough for two people. They also use eco-friendly materials. The garden in the middle of the hotel is a real added value for a quiet moment with a drink. The location is ideal, as well. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Secret Garden is a hidden gem in Tulum’s hotel landscape. Clean and well-appointed rooms are simple yet warm and inviting. Add in the generous and friendly staff, and you have a real winner. And, I can say all of that as someone who has been visiting Tulum for over 20 years.

The hotel is located just two blocks from the main street, close to restaurants, bars, shops. They cleaned the room every day; you can drink purified water, and prepare tea or coffee next to the front desk anytime you want. Our host Jorge help us to book a tour of Sian Kaan national reserve that was amazing, thank you, Jorge, for making our stay unforgettable.

Our stay at Secret Garden was relaxing. Rooms med our expectations & staff was very helpful/friendly/supporting. At arrival – the check-in was quick and informal. Also, we were given an introduction to Tulum and what to see/prioritize.

I stayed here for three fabulous nights. The hotel is a beautiful setup with trees and an outdoor courtyard that serves as the main “lobby.” It doesn’t feel like you’re in a hot, humid climate when there.

The staff was amazing and accommodating with their flyboard cozumel mexico suggestions. The location couldn’t be better— walking distance to the bus station for when you arrive, the best little restaurants are also all a short walk away, and you can rent bikes to take to the beach. Can’t be beaten!

All in all, one of our favorite stays during our Mexico round trip. Although we didn’t book breakfast, they offered bread and jam as well as cereals for free. Furthermore, there was free access to drinking water all the time. The front desk team was always very kind and willing to help. If you like dogs, you will fall in love with little Vanilla and might have to scratch her belly. We can highly recommend secret garden Tulum und hope to come back one day!

The perfect stay in Tulum

We loved it there! Small hotel with just a few rooms, very calm and perfect for relaxing. A real oasis in TULUM! I felt immediately at home. Wonderful garden and pool. Staff super gentle and kind. Very very recommended! The rooms are beautiful and comfortable.

I stayed here for about three weeks while visiting Tulum with my kids. Excellent staff, accommodating for suggestions for food, the cozumel coral reef restoration ac excursions, etc. The cleaning service was a bit grumpy (we were there for three weeks lol) but other than that. I highly recommend this place!

We were three of staff, and we are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Even though we were not planned well, we had such a great time visiting nearby cenotes thanks to their help and recommendations.

This place smells like peace. Best location near to zona hotelera and 5 minutes away from de Tulum t town. Very minimalist and clean. The breakfast is straightforward. The staff is amiable.
There is also a parking space outside the property. I will highly recommend this hidden gem.

Fantastic experience here we will be back. The food and the atmosphere were magical. The staff was so kind and helpful. My family loves this place so much, and I’m glad that I picked it out. Villas H2O is truly a diamond in the rough.

I love this hotel. I will be back. The staff is phenomenal, and it’s easy to get around via cab. The pool is the best, but the rooms are spacious and comfortable( AC) seriously, I can’t say enough about how excellent this hotel is! If you’re looking for some sun, fun, and relaxation, this is the hotel for you! Not to mention a super friendly price point! Thanks, villas H2O we love you!

It’s located close to Mayan ruins and cenotes, so it is the right spot for exploring. We rented a car and did 2-3 different things each day so we didn’t hang out at the hotel during the day, but it was a great place to come back to and start our days at. Highly recommend!

Perfect weekend getaway!

We loved this place. From the time we walked in, and they knew our name, sitting down on a couch to check-in, to the day we left, they were gracious hosts! The hotel is about 14 rooms, and shares a beach with two other little hotels, but has the central part of the beach.

The rooms are quaint and romantic (with Air Conditioning!) and remind you where you are, rather than something modern and sleek. The rooms are clean, and the service on point with their amazing blue water sea trek cozumel tips. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast; it was excellent. Its small restaurant right on the beach and the food was terrific.

I told them if they had a pool, I probably would never leave! The manager stated that the owner intends to put a pool in within the year. Central location with a few shops, bars, and restaurants right outside the hotel, and a short cab away to the central downtown, or the more touristy bars down the street (probably walk-able, and bike-able in a few minutes, but the taxi is cheap enough). The Ruins and the Playa Paraiso are also really close and bike-able. I definitely will stay again.

Staying at Piedra Escondida was the best decision we made for our little weekend getaway in Tulum! I did a lot of research trying to find a beachfront boutique hotel that didn’t play nonstop house music all day and whose rate fit into our budget. This hotel was perfect for our stay. Since it only has nine rooms, we loved how uncrowded and secluded it felt yet it was still close to all the Tulum hot spots.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful, from Nayeli at the front desk to the server at the restaurant. I have to commend Nayeli, who was a big help right from the start. She worked with us via email when we had to make changes to our reservation. When she checked us in, she upgraded us to a 2nd-floor room with a king bed and the best view. All the rooms have direct access to the beach. The second-floor rooms have the best views. Sunrise on the balcony was amazing!

The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was so good. If you like a Mexican breakfast, then this will not disappoint. Do yourself a favor and order the Eggs Veracruz! You’d be hard-pressed to find a beachfront hotel in Tulum that’s right around $250 and also offers a full a la carte breakfast.

When we were there in February, the sargassum was terrible, but that’s something the hotel has no control over. It’s terrible in most beachfront areas in Tulum, except if you go up to the north end where it seems to be not as persistent. The hotel always had people cleaning up as much as they can. In no way did this bother us.

An oasis in paradise

This resort was much higher than we expected. We had A short time to chill, and this is the ideal place to get it done. Bikes were available t no cost to explore the region. The proprietor went over and beyond our expectations to be sure every detail was fantastic if your searching for a beautiful place to remain on A budget that is the place to stay.

Very trendy furniture and soft organic shampoo and conditioner! The pool was also excellent. Super elegant with fresh food and natural granola!

This little boutique resort on the outskirts of Tulum is a superb base to explore the regional attractions of Tulum and the Sian Ka’an biosphere.

The rooms are comfy and quirkily decorated but have whatever you want. The resort could provide more color around both pool areas, but they’re a welcome spot to have a cooling dip following trips.

Turquoise Petit was an ideal hotel for our stay at Tulum. This resort is situated in downtown Tulum and provides free bicycles for guests that make it simple to get into the beach and local restaurants. The team onsite 24/7 retains the resort looking pristine, and they’re always there to assist you – they provide great cozumel shore snorkeling map for water activities. Carmen was fantastic in providing us recommendations about where to go and what to see.

The chambers were always VERY clean when we’d return from a day out in town. They supply bottled water 24/7 for your benefit and therefore don’t be concerned about becoming dried:-RRB-. We had an unbelievable stay at Turquoise Petit and certainly will return for sure later on.

Amazing place. Very attended, friendly, and attentive staff. Free bicycles. They serve breakfast in the larger pool, and you get everything to get an adequate breakfast. You get a lot of advice on where to eat and what to see.
